A superb villa with stunning panoramic sea views. The lounge has air conditioning and is bright and well furnished. The modern kitchen has been recently refurbished and is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a useful serving area from the kitchen through to the glazed terrace which is the dining area overlooking the pool and garden. The master bedroom has air conditioning and is en-suite with patio doors onto a private open terrace with glorious views towards the golf course and the Montgo mountain. There is a further shower room. There is a purpose built barbecue area next to the pool with ample terraced areas for al fresco dining and sunbathing. The garden is partly lawned with lots of mature plants and trees. There is tennis, horseriding, a bar/restaurant, small supermarket and pharmacy all within walking distance. The 18 hole (soon to be 27 hole) La Sella Golf course is close by and the sandy beaches of Denia or

Denia and the surrounding area is noted for its greenness. There is a wealth of vineyards plus orange, lemon and olive groves dominated by the majestic Montgó mountain nature reserve and edged by the warm Mediterranean sea with its safe, sandy beaches and small rocky coves. Denia itself is a thriving cosmopolitan town with its own fishing port, yacht marina and ferry service to Ibiza just 2.5 hours away. As of 2008, there is a fabulous new shopping complex in Ondara, less than 10 minutes' drive. For theme parks, water parks, caberet etc etc, you can visit Benidorm just 35 kms south along the motorway.
