Villa De Cubas is a modern, European designed luxury villa. Recently constructed in July 2008 the Villa has stunning coastal views and is located on the outskirts of Villaverde. It is no more than a 15 minutes drive from El Cotillo and Corralejo. The villa includes a very spacious open lounge equipped with home cinema. It has a fantastic fully equipped contemporary kitchen/diner and hosts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You will be situated with a fantastic overall living space at measurements of 378m2. The garden plays hosts to a large swimming pool that includes shallow ends for children. It is fully heated at measurements of 11m x 6m. Also present are Showers/WC, a BBQ and covered terrace with table and chairs and an extensive sun terrace on two of the levels. Coast/Beach: Close to the fabulous beaches of El Cotillo and Corralejo.

Distances: Located just outside the village of Villaverde about 15 minutes drive from El Cotillo and Corralejo.

Resort: There are 3 local restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a couple of Spanish bars. Bus stops to Corralejo and El Cotillo (within walking distance) in the village. Villaverde is a good base for exploring. The beautiful sand dunes of both Corralejo and El Cotillo are only a 15 minute drive away, as is the Baku waterpark (Corralejo). Corralejo harbour for visits to Lanzarote is 15 mins.

Golf: Two established golf courses 30 mins away.

OCTOBER SUNSHINE +SEA SWIMMING=PERFECTION

We were very impressed with the villa and had a comfortable week at the end of October 2009. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable and the pool was warm (as promised!) however my main joy was the sight of the beautiful house from the pool. It is very pleasing to the eye and sits comfortably in its Canarian stark surroundings. The owners are very helpful before we left as were the efficient caretaking couple during our stay(we wanted more teatowels and sunloungers!). All in all I can't rate it highly enough for its location,views,fixtures & fittings, furniture,interior decor & carefully thought out design. It is an ideal villa fo those seeking peace, space and 5* hotel standard accommodation in a self catering holiday rental.
