Our Town House is ideally situated in Guia, between Albufeira and Gale in the sunny Algarve. It is a new development, very modern with two bedrooms (One Double and One Twin) Top Floor: 2 Bedrooms with Large Balcony and Bathroom. Second Floor: Spacious Lounge with Large Balcony.The Lounge has luxury Furnishings, with two sofas, one being a sofabed. Wide Screen TV with Sky and HD ready DVD, also a Stereo.On the same floor is a seperate Toilet and an open plan Kitchen with Breakfast Bar. For Winter Months there is a Log Burning fire. Ground Floor: Marble Entrance Hall with Storage.

The house is situated in the village of Guia, which has a central position in the Algarve close to excellent beaches, golf courses and the popular resort of Albufeira,with easy access to Faro airport approx 25 minutes away. The area has developed over the years and much of the old character and surrounding countryside still exists.It is now a lively village alongside new innovations such as the Algarve Shopping, Zoomarine, Adego de Cantor Winery ( owned by Sir Cliff Richard) and Hergardo de Salgados Golf Club it is also renowned throughout Portugal for its many Chicken Piri Piri restaurants.

Excellent accommodation approx.30 minutes of Faro airport. Hire a car as this gives you independence. Pools and tennis court on site mean you don't have to go to beach each day. Best beach, Praia de Gale, approx.15 mins drive in car and parking convenient for sea. Beach good for kids, as it doesn't shelve. Massive supermarket and shopping mall approx. 2 mins drive of property. Good restaurants within approx. 5 mins. walking distance (all speak English!). Drive up to Caldas de Monchique (approx. 40 mins) for an evening meal. Very pretty. We found this location a convenient centre for everything and only 3 hrs from Gatwick. The best family holiday we have had. 2 adults and 3 children (15, 13 & 10). Go try yourself, hopefully, you won't be disappointed!
Owner's Response: This was our first rental, as we are a new property and we were delighted with the feedback. Our home is a very modern and beautifully furnished townhouse. The grounds, swiming pools and tennis court are immaculate. A wonderful holiday is guaranteed.
