Superb Detached villa located in the pretty Rio Mar urbanisation near Mil Palmeras beach. The villa has Three bedrooms (One Double and two twins). A Good sized living room with dining area, kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher. Family bathroom and additional Shower room. Outside to the rear of the villa is a large Private Pool (10 meter x 5 meter) with Roman Steps. The villa also has a very large Rear Garden (all fenced) Around the pool area are 4 Sun beds. There is a Table and chairs shaded with seating for 6 plus BBQ for dining Al fresco. The villa will comfortably accommodate up to 6 Guests. The villa has Air conditioning. There is TV with Belgium Satellite. (a couple of English channels) Local shops restaurants bars supermarket bank pharmacy plus the beautiful Mil Palmeras beach all within a 10 minute walk.
