This beautiful detached villa is set in the rural valley of Marxuquera with orange groves and mountain views yet is only 10 minutes from the lively yet historical town of Gandia. The blue flag beach of Playa de Gandia is only 15 minutes away with its immaculate golden sands. There are many other more secluded beaches nearby as well as quad biking, safari park, golf, theme parks and walks. The villa has 3 typically Spanish bars/restaurants within 3 minutes walk and another 3 a long walk or short drive away- ideal if you like paella at only 8 euros per head. The total property was recently refurbished and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The total villa sleeps 10 and has its own private swimming pool which has a shallow end making it ideal for children and non-swimmers.

The villa is set amongst orange groves in the beautiful valley of Marxuquera near the thriving town of Gandia . It is 55 mins from the beautiful and historic city of Valencia & 70 mins from Alicante. Lively Benidorm with the theme & water parks & shopping is an hour drive away. We are 15 mins from the blue flag beach of Playa de Gandia & there are many other beaches- Javea, Denia, Cullera, Xeraco, Daimusand Oliva are all within an easy drive. There are many inland towns to visit such as Xativa which is the old capital of the province of Valencia. The area is a walkers & painters paradise, there are plenty of golf courses,& the nearest being a 15 min drive. For the more adventurous there is quad biking, horse riding, water parks, safari park & Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm and the largest aquarium in Europe in Valencia. For culture visit the historical buildings in Gandia, with many more in Valencia including the Arts & Science museum & the various art galleries.

  • Total Villa sleeps up to a maximum of 10 adults plus 2 small children. The villa is split in to 2 apartments which are both self contained.
    We rent from Saturday to Saturday by the week in July and August but we may negotiate outside of this period
    We require a 20% non refundable deposit to secure the dates. The cost is inclusive and we provide a welcome pack, linen (changed weekly), towels (except beach towels).

Notes: The downstairs apartment has its own private garden/patio with gazebo, barbeque area and outside shower. There is a double bedded en-suite bedrooms with w.c. bath and shower, single bedroom and a three single bedded room or cot. There is also a separate shower room with WC. The lounge/dining room has a bed settee, CD player, Video/DVD player with a large selection of videos and DVDs plus books and games. The kitchen is fully fitted with full gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also kettle, toaster, iron ,ironing board etc. The upstairs apartment has another 2 large double bedrooms bathroom with shower and WC. The large lounge/dining room has sky TV, DVD, Video and CD player and the new kitchen with fan assisted electric cooker and hob, 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc .The large garden has wonderful views and sun all day. The private pool has a shallow end ideal for children and non swimmers with large sunbathing area.
