Our Caleton Blanco Apartment is situated in an excellent location in the very center of Puerto del Carmen, just set back off the beach in a tranquil and peaceful complex with fantastic views of the beach, sea, mountains and the island of Fuerteventura. The beach, shops, restaurants, cafe´s and bars are literally on your doorstep while the airport is only a 10 minute drive away. The night life is fantastic and suitable for all, you can chill out in the Old Town area in any of the great family friendly bars and restaurants or you can take a walk along the strip where you can find plenty more bars, restaurants, karaoke and live music which are all open till late. The apartment has a large terrace with patio furniture where you can sit out and look out over the Atlantic Ocean, beach and mountains as well as over looking the complex swimming pools - one for children and another for adults. The apartment also has sky, a DVD player, a cooker and a washing machine for all your needs.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The weekly rate is based on 2 people in the apartment. Any additional people staying at the apartment will be £50 per person per week extra.
    If you book to stay with us we require £50 deposit per person and the rest to be paid 3 weeks before you go.
    An additional £50 deposit is also need in regards to cover breakages etc. This will be returned to you, once you have returned from your holiday and it is confirmed that the apartment and itimes in it are in order.

This apartment is in a great location right opposite the beach. The restaurant and bars are on your doorstep so no need to walk miles. The apartment complex is very quiet and relaxing, the pool is very refreshing and cleaned daily. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. This is the nicest apartment i've stayed at in Lanzarote and will definetly be returning!

We had a wonderful holiday, the location was excellant everything on your doorstep yet the complex was private, well maintained and peaceful. The apartment had everything in it that you needed and the views were beautiful. We found the locals to be very helpful and gave good advice as regards the best places to visit and how to get there. The restaurants and bars were all very reasonable in price, look at the boards and don't forget to look at the ones on the first floor, don't be pushed into going into the ground floor ones by the reps. We will definately return and have recommended it to friends and family.

Lovely apartment

We had a fantastic holiday here. The apartment was spacious with lovely views from every window and very close to all amenities. It is ideally suited to a youngish agegroup as there is a charaoke bar and pub right outside which can be quite loud at night (not too noisy for us but not sure my parents would have enjoyed it). Great night life, close to the Old Town which has some fantastic places to eat.
The apartment is as described and we could not fault our stay.
We have already recommended it to our friends and would return.
