Property is situated on the first floor of a 4 storey high development which is right on the beach along the sea front of Alanya. There is a communal garden in front of the building, also a security gated car park in the back of the building. The property has been renovated to a very luxurious standard with all modern conveniences including satellite, LCD TV on the wall, not to forget Jacuzzi. All the rooms are air conditioned and towels and bed sheets are all included. It's a wonderful place with three double bedrooms and a massive living room area. The kitchen is designer kitchen which looks absolutely amazing.

Notes: It is a very luxury apartment on the beach and within walking distance to bars and marina. The facade of the apartment from ceiling to floor is all glass which makes it panoramic to sit in the living room and watch the sea and this glass can be opened up to create a magnificent atmosphere. There are lots of palm trees and pine trees in front of the building. The living room is extremely spacious, kitchen has all the mod cons including cutlery, crockery and utensils.

Our first experience in beautiful land of Turkey

The apartment was just as described in terms of it being luxury. It was and very clean and spacious and also well laid out. I had built up my hopes a bit re the 'On the beach' part as it isn't really. You have to cross over the main road and there are other hotels a bit further along that are more 'on the beach'. However, after my slight initial disappointment I really loved the property otherwise and the Mediterranean sea is absolutely gorgeous.The beach nearest the property is a bit stony but going further along the Cleopatra beach is great and the beach at Incekum is one of the best beaches we have ever been to. Not having access to a pool was a bit of a bummer as well but we found a great pool behind about a block back- Alanya Park. You have to pay about 4 lire per person but it is a very good pool and you can stay there all day.
There are shops all around the place and getting to the centre you can eithe rwalk or take the bus for a lire.
My teenage kids adored the night life going clubbing at 1am free at various clubs and then just paying for drinks.
We hired a car and so were able to travel around quite a lot but it's not a mandatory rerquirement.
The property was well equipped and it absolutely provided a great base for the 6 of us.
Plus Turkey is a must if you have never been GO it's a great experience!

Wonderful place

I can say that I loved this apartment, and my family too. It was very well equipped, it was easy to find, although at first , from distance I thought it would cause me some trouble. But no, it was very easy to find. It is very very close to the beach, which isn't so crowded, so it is pleasant to stay there. The water is clean and warm. In the house you can find everything you need. The fact that it has A.C. in each room is very good. The apartment is exactly like in the description, it is very clean. A very interesting thing, the Turkish people take down their shoes when they enter a house, they really want to keep it clean. The owner was very kind, nice person, and it is not a problem to ask him questions. I would really recommend this house to my friends.The shopping centresm Alanyum is very close, like about 7 minutes walk, the bus station which goes to the centre is right in front of the hose, and the buses stop even if you don't want to get on it.

Great choice

Hello to all
we are a cycling team, we went to Alanya for some races. Because we heard that in hotels you can not be sure what kind of food you get and because we need more space during day, we decided to go for apartment.
We choose this apartment and waited to see how it is for real, not the pictures. It is excatlly like pictures are showing, when you are there is even better. You have shops for food everywhere, parking for the car is behind the bars, you get a remote.
The beach is just over the street (like in all other hotels, street is always before beach). there is a sandy beach. The apartment is spacious, living room is excellent. you can open the whole wall of windows and you practicly have terase living room.
The apartment is secured so you don't have to worry. it has four (4) aircoinditions so i don't think it will be hot for you. it has everything we have at home, so we felt like home. except seeview, we don't have this :)
if you want to go to the city, the best choice is to take a bus. it stops infront of the house - 10m. you pay 0,5eur and go to the city. it is possible to walk there - 20min aprox.
if you want to be close to the city and don't want to have a lot of noise i think this is a good choice.
and Alanya is great! people are nice, the pace of living is great, nobody nervous and so on...
we decided to go back soon.
