Beautiful detached self-catered villa in its own grounds, facing south and the sea. The property has 4 twin rooms, 3 with en suites and 1 further shower room. The well fitted kitchen is part of a large open plan living area with satellite TV offering the full sky package. There is a large secluded terrace with shaded eating area and pool side sunbathing areas, with built in barbeque and outside shower. Our regular guests range from couples who enjoy the space and tranquility, to extended families with children who thoroughly enjoy the pool, the BBQ area and all that Playa Blanca has to offer.

Notes: The large lounge includes a dining area for 8 people, and double doors open out on to the south facing terrace. Also off the lounge is the well fitted kitchen which has all modern appliances shown above. The back door leads to the utility area with it's washing machine and drying facility. The villa has a satellite system offering the full Sky package. On the terrace there are 8 cushioned sunbeds and 2 different eating areas which in total will seat 12. All linen and towels are provided on arrival with a full weekly change and twice weekly towel change. We do ask you to bring your own beach towels. A welcome pack of basic essentials is provided. The lovely garden and pool are maintained throughout your stay.
