A recently refurbished apartment in a central village location, perfect for skiing snowboarding, hiking & mountain biking holidays. The accommodation consist of one large bedroom with a kingsize bed, a smaller second room with two single beds. A foldable bed is available for occasional use. The apartment has an open fireplace, shared indoor swimming pool, Sauna (payable locally) and a large balcony around the apartment. The apartment is a great base for exploring Nendaz, Verbier, Veysonnaz & La Tzoumaz. The four valleys is great for summer and winter active holidays. Nendaz is a family friendly resort and has many activities for families.

The apartment is located in Haute Nendaz, the village of Nendaz is part of the four valleys ski domain in Switzerland. Thyon, La Tzoumaz, Veysonnaz and Verbier are the remaining resorts in the four valleys. The ski area has over 412 km of piste. The resort of Nendaz is perfect for family holidays and those wishing to ski Verbier without the high price tag. Nendaz is an excellent base for snowboarding and skiing and other resorts such as Crans Montana can be reached by car. Nendaz is a year round resort with lots of activities in the summer including mountain biking along well marked routes, the resort also boasts an excellent family outdoor swimming pool. Sion is nearest large town and has excellent shopping facilities, Zermatt and Saas Fee can also be reached for more exclusive shopping.

Ski / Snowboard - Four Valleys: Haute Nendaz makes an excellent base for the Four Valleys ski area (Verbier, Nendaz, Thyon & La Tzmouaz. 412 km of piste with a wide range of technical difficulty are covered by the Four Valleys lift pass. Haute Nendaz is a family friendly resort, it is also suitable for those wishing to ski the Verbier area without paying the high cost of accomodation in Verbier.

Mountain Biking & Hiking : Nendaz caters for the Mountain Biker and Hiker with many marked routes across the Four Valleys. Mountain bikers can use the ski lifts to cover large distances or reduced the effort should they choose. The scenery is stunning and the air clean, the routes are well marked and the local tourist office can help with maps etc. Many routes are marked out for mountain bikers and hikers, bikes can be hired locally.

Ski: Verbier, Veysonnaz/Thyon, La Toumaz & Nendaz form the four valleys in Switzerland. The is a wide variety of terrain to suite the beginner to expert off piste skier. Many events take place in Nendaz & Verbier throughout the winter season including the Nendaz & Verbier Ride, O'Niell Extreme in Verbier and X speed ski competition to name a few. Nendaz is Rated by the world snowboarding guide as 8/10
