Large well appointed modern 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Varandas de Sao Joao. The apartment is close to Lagos town, the Marina and Meia Preia beach. The exceptionally large balcony is ideal for alfresco dining in total privacy which overlooks the large swimming pool and sun terrace. The pool and garden are for the sole use of the apartment block. There are a choice of superb beaches and golf courses within close proximity. Lagos centre is approx 15 mins walk from the apartment and has a large variety of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and prices. In addition, the Marina, which is 10 minutes walk away, also includes numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

Heading out of Lagos there are numerous other beautiful beaches all easily accessible offering a variety of activities and facilities. Further along the west coast there are some spectacular scenery including many unspoilt and secluded beaches. The west coast beaches are particularly popular for surfing / wind surfing.... SHOPPING - There are many shopping outlets in the area including the famous Algarve Shopping Complex which is about 30 minutes drive from the apartment... GOLF- Lagos is easily accessible to some of the best in the region including Palmares and Boavista (5 minutes away) Parque da Floresta, Alto, Penina and Morgado are all within a 20 minute drive.... WATER PARKS & SEA LIFE CENTRE- There are 2 large water parks within 20 minutes drive from the apartment and the famous ZOOMARINE sea life centre is approx 30 minutes drive away.
