This property is situated just 2 kilometers from the village, on a hill in Valbonne, in a perfectly quiet setting and walking distance to the village centre. Its beautiful and large pool 16 x 10 m is an ideal place to lounge and relax or enjoy barbecue meals. The villa is ideally located to enjoy the whole Riviera coast being situated just 10 minutes drive from motorway and 20 minutes from either Antibes or Ca.

Ideally located to enjoy the mountains of the interior, the historic towns of Vence and Valbonne and close to the seaside towns of Antibes and Cannes are a twenty minutes drive while the major city of the area, Nice, with its international airport is a half an hours drive away. All activities are nearby - at least 5 golf courses within 10 minutes, local tennis club on the doorstep, horse riding, and lovely walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. In Valbonne (1 mile away, you'll find cafes/bars as well as craft shops, potteries and food markets. A busy market is held each Friday providing an ideal opportunity to purchase local cheeses, wines and other produce of the region. On the first Sunday of each month a 'brocante' market takes place bringing together antiques and bric-a-brac sellers from the area. The famous perfume factories of Grasse and the historical inland villages of Vence, Tourrettes or Gourdon are short drives away.
