This lovely 1 bedroom apartment located in elegant belle epoque building - The 6th floor apartment (with lift) has been stylishly and tastefully refurbished and furnished. On entry you have a bright kitchen There is a large and spacious living room - with dining table and 4 chairs - a sofabed (doublebed) and storage cupboards and Sony Flatscreen TV - with English Satellite TV, BBC, ITV and Sky news etc, DVD, stereo. Phone for incoming calls and free internet access. The bedroom has a double bed and large storage cupboards and has a very cute sunny alcove perfect for the morning croissant. This apartment has fully reversible air-conditioning throughout and very bright and sunny as catches afternoon and evening sun. It is located in a very prestigious area of Nice (between the Pedestrian zone and Rue Victor Hugo) approx 400 meters from beach and Promenade des Anglais - The apartment is non-overlooked and very pleasant views from its semi/balcony windows.

    There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.
