Southern Dunes is a gated community with over night security and is located south of Orlando within easy 20 minute driving distance of all the Disney Parks and attractions. You are also only one hours drive from either coast. It is within walking distance of the local supermarket Walmart where you can buy everything you need. There is excellent shopping and dining only two minutes from the gated entrance of the Southern Dunes site, including Walmart Superstore, Winn Dixie Supermarket, Pharmacy, Mcdonald’s, Burger King, Manny’s Steak House that do the best ribs and Steak in Florida!!!

Notes: This beautiful home is very spacious and consists of lounge, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large private screened pool with spa Jacuzzi (heating optional). All rooms are fully air conditioned. The master bedroom is fully furnished with Queen Size bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds and a shared bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, waste disposal unit, iron and ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is also equipped with smoke detectors and emergency lighting, hair dyer, stereo, DVD player, Video player and Cable TV. This dramatic hillside layout stretches to over 7,200 yards and features 100 ft. of elevation change, large undulating greens, massive high lipped bunkers, Dunes that are covered with high grasses and ornamentals, which form borders that tumble with the terrain. Five sets of tees welcome golfers of all skill levels to enjoy risk/reward opportunities through extensive mounding and strategically placed bunkers. Beautiful Luxurious Villa

My wife Hazel and I stayed here in June 2009 - on arrival we were thrilled with how beautiful, clean and well furnished the villa was, they have some great conversation pieces high up in the lounge!

We used to own property of our own in Florida and thought nothing
would ever match our own place - this one did!

The owners Mick & Marina couldn't have been more helpful before we left, their agent on site was readily available for any questions though most things were covered by information in the villa.

I am a golfer but didn't bring any clubs this trip, the course looked to be in tip top condition, the golf clubhouse and facilities are great (go for a breakfast treat) there is a fitness room as well. The theme parks were about a 40 minute drive away (Disney) The large pool area is very comfortably furnished, the pool is well cared for, as is
the jacuzzi, the garden and surroundings are very nice and well maintained.

There is a large supermarket (Walmart) around a 3 minute walk away, together with some smaller stores. Southern Dunes is a secure gated well established community - altogether a super, relaxing, great place to stay. We shall definitely book here next time we are in the area also recommending it to all our friends.

Southern Dunes holiday villa

We have just returned from a fabulous 3 week stay in this lovely villa. The house provided an excellent base for visiting Orlando and surrounding area - approx 25 minutes from Disney which was perfect for us. The house was immaculate and catered totally to all our needs - the pool area was particularly enjoyed!This villa has fabulous views over the golf course but equally feels quite secluded and protected. We particularly found communication with the owners of this villa fantastic leaving us feeling relaxed in advance of going on the holiday with no anxieties about amenities etc. We would very highly recommend this villa and would hope to return some time in the future.

Beautiful Villa

From the very first email I sent to the owners, it was plain sailing all the way. Marina Burkin was very helpful in my booking.
On arrival at the villa I was very pleased with the villa. it was absolutely spotless, furnishings to a very high standard and the swimming pool was very clean. The interior was superb, comfortable bedrooms ( we only slept in the master)lovely linen, towels etc. Plenty of kitchenware and essentials. They even supplied dustbin bags, toilet rolls, kitchen paper! The standard of the villa was to a very high standard ***** star without a doubt.The view from the villa was superb overlooking the 8th green. The staff at Southern Dunes Golf Club could not do enough for you and the meals at the Golf Club are very reasonable indeed and absolutey superb.My husband played the course and he thought it was a very good course - he has played on many courses around the world, but he thought this was a tough course to par.The management company were on hand if you needed anything and very friendly and helpful. A big WalMart was literally a walk away where we used to get a lot of our shopping - bargains galore! To get to Disney was literally 30mins away from door to door. I could not fault this villa at all. We shall certainly be booking this villa again for our future holidays in Florida.

just returned from the Villa, Fantastic!!! the view from the pool brilliant, it was clean and well-maintained,it was like Home from Home. and if you are a Golfer need i say more?
it is Private,near to all the attractions,and Joe the Manager out there could not do enough for you,will be passing info onto all our freinds.
Well worth a Holiday Family or Couples wanting to relax or visit Parks.

My wife,my daughter and i stayed in this villa which is very
clean,quiet and well situated (about 25 minutes away from theme parks).The golf course is great (perfectly maintained) and the community has 2 tennis courts.Just outside the community,you will find a food store and few fast-food.I would definitly recommend this villa.
The owner has been really nice and gave us all the informations we needed.
