The location of the villa:
Our villa is set amongst other luxurious properties in the resort of St Jaime, overlooking the Son Bou Beach. It has generous grounds, gardens, patios and terraces. We have many guests who return to the villa year after year who say that it is both stunning to look at and stunning to look from - the villa has panoramic sea views as well as views of the nearby countryside.
The lovely sandy beach of Son Bou is two miles long. The resort of St Jaime is highly suitable for families with children and has lots of amenities to suit everyone. There are watersports at the beach, lovely shops to browse and lots of restaurants and bars. There are activities for young and older children.
The villa is only a 10 minute stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants and Menorca is such a beautiful place that many of our guests choose to hire a car so that they can visit the local towns, the beautiful countryside and some of the other beaches.
The villa is 20 minutes from the airport.

The villa has all the amenities you will need to make your holiday a complete success so that it will be relaxing, comfortable and memorable.
There is a front terrace with panoramic sea and country views - great for family meals and the odd glass of wine! This terrace has a built in BBQ. There is a pool and jacuzzi patio and a further terrace which is enclosed by wall and gates. It is always possible to find shade on the various patios and terraces at different times of day. The large garden has fruit trees, palm trees and lots of flowering shrubs.
The rooms in the villa are spacious and in keeping with the amount of space needed for 10 people sharing. There are also different parts of the villa to go if you need to have your own space during your holiday - various sanctuaries to find peace and quiet.
The villa is fully equipped:
The kitchen has everything that you would need to make a full family meal. There is a high chair available and two cots. There is Sky TV with DVD and video. There are plenty of sun loungers and patio chairs and tables.
Towels and sheets are provided. The villa is managed by a company a short walk away in St Jaime and accessible to guests should they need help with any of the equipment .
Attention to detail has been given to the furnishings and style of the villa which is a blend of classic and modern. Furniture is stylish and comfortable, in keeping with the whole character and high standard of the villa.
