Apartment Marina is situated in a charming fishing village of Krnica, on the east coast of Istria. The apartment is less than 2km from the prettiest and cleanest beaches (beaches of Krnicki Porat) in the area and is within 20 minutes drive of historic Pula. It is a short walk to shops, post office, bars and a restaurant. The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, both with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, one of which has an ensuite shower room: a further good sized bathroom (with bath and shower) and a kitchen-dining-sitting room with a well equipped kitchen area, a dining table and TV and sofa bed. One bedroom has its own balcony and there is a further small balcony for sitting and enjoying an evening drink perhaps. Outside there is a patio area and ample parking. The property enjoys the benefit of central heating, so can be enjoyed all year round.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a 15% deposit to secure the booking, payable either by Bank Transfer or Credit card, with the balance payable on arrival either by Credit Card or in Cash.
    The invoiced amount must be in Kuna (the local currency). If payment is made in Euros or British pounds, the exchange rate will be the Hypo Alpe Adria Bank mid rate as quoted on the day of receipt (less any commission charged).
  • Prices include PDV (VAT) but Local Tourist taxes and Registration are additional items and will be shown separately on the invoice.
    Local Tourist taxes range from 2 kuna (approx 27 cents) to 4 kunas (approx 55 cents) per adult per night depending on the season. Children under 12 years old pay no taxes, Children between 12 and 18 years old pay half rate taxes.
    The One-off Registration fee is 30 kuna (approx 4 euros) per person.
