The apartment is located in a charming fishing village of Krnica on the east coast of Istria. Picture right shows the fishing point just down the road from the apartment. Stay in a large modern apartment situated less than 2 kilometres from the sea and child-friendly coves at Krni?ki Poret and just a very short stroll away from a cafe-bar, a mini-market, a post office and a pizza restaurant. The rooms and balconies have great views of the local countryside.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a 18% deposit to secure the booking, payable either by Bank Transfer or Credit card, with the balance payable on arrival either by Credit Card or in Cash. The invoiced amount must be in Kuna (the local currency). If payment is made in Euros or British pounds, the exchange rate will be the Hypo Alpe Adria Bank mid rate as quoted on the day of receipt (less any commission charged).
  • Prices include PDV (VAT) but Local Tourist taxes and Registration are additional items and will be shown separately on the invoice. Local Tourist taxes range from 2 kuna (approx 27 cents) to 4 kunas (approx 55 cents) per adult per night depending on the season. Children under 12 years old pay no taxes, Children between 12 and 18 years old pay half rate taxes. The One-off Registration fee is 30 kuna (approx 4 euros) per person.
