Established corner plot villa with private pool and 3 air conditioned/heated bedrooms. This villa , situated a short stroll from Calan Porter, is protected from the outside world by whitewashed walls and neatly trimmed hedges. The main double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and toilet , the other two twin rooms share a shower and toilet. Attached to the villa but with a seperate access is a double room with ensuite toilet and showerroom. This room would suit either an older child or couple who wanted more privacy from the main villa.Note no air con in this room. The villa is ideal for families equipped with washing machine, small dishwasher, large fridge freezer, Cd player, dvd, satellite TV (ITV and BBC1). It also includes a hair dryer, microwave, outside lighting and a BBQ. The outside includes a shaded pergola area for outdoor dining and relaxing on your holiday.

Just come back from a two week stay at this villa, our group ranged from 80yr old to 7 mnth old. The annexe was ideal for my parents as they were away from my 2 grandaughters who are both under 2yrs old. The villa was very clean and spacious although the kitchen was a bit on the small side but had everything in it. The swimming pool was lovely as was the terrace space and BBQ area. The one thing i would suggest is that the pool be fenced off as we had to keep to keep 2 sunbeds proped up to keep our 18mth grandaughter from keep jumping in the pool. The only down side to this holiday was nothing to do with the villa it was cala en porter it's self. We did not realise or read on any of the websites how hilly it is, so if you have someone in a wheel chair like us it is hard work. But it never spoilt our holiday.

We really enjoyed our two week stay in this villa, it was so roomy and private. The large pool and outside area was very well maintained. It was very close to all amenities yet lovely and quiet in the evenings.

Lovely secluded spacious villa

I would recommend this villa to families or large groups. It is very spacious and easily accomodated my extended family of 8. The outside annex was found to be a particular bonus for the older children as it allowed them more privacy. The villa is not overlooked, very spacious inside and out with a lovely brick built barbecue and patio area. The villa is perfectly located just a short stroll from all the amenties that Cala en Porter has to offer, although we enjoyed the villa so much we actually spend more evenings barbecuing and chilling by the pool than going out. Excellent have already booked for next year.
