Cosy villa, peacefully located on a big plot (20.000 m2) with a lovely garden and beautiful country views over an unspoilt valley. This is the ideal villa for people who want to relax and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset after a day on the beach or pool. The terraces and patio are inviting places to have your meals. Partly air conditioned in private location with large swimming pool. This very attractive and secluded villa enjoys a lovely location close to Cliff Richard`s villa. There is a large swimming pool, surrounded by terraces (BBQ) and gardens with trees, bushes and flowers, lawns for sunbathing or games. Patio doors lead from the living, dining area and from bedrooms on to the terraces. Accommodation: Entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen, living room with dining area, separate lounge with digital satellite TV with BBC channels, 2 bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double), big bathroom with bath and shower, 1 shower room, studio apartment with 2 twin beds, kitchenette & shower room

The villa is close to Cliff Richard`s villa about 7 min drive to some of the most beautiful Algarve beaches. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. The nearest supermarket is in Guia town (2kms), famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri'. Our villa management office is 3km from the villa & they offer advice, help & assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia.
