This luxurious four bedroomed semi-detached villa has been beautifully furnished and enjoys its own private garden and pool overlooking one of the La Cala Golf Courses. There are two large bedroom suites both with kingsize beds, private terraces overlooking the golf course and ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzi bath, separate walk-in showers and underfloor heating. There are a further two twin bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes, and one also with a terrace. There is a large guest bathroom as well as a cloakroom with shower on the ground floor. The spacious lounge dining area leads onto the covered terrace and then onto the private garden with pool. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a serving hatch to the living area and it also offers direct access to the private garage. Set in the beautiful surroundings of the La Cala Golf Resort, this superb semi-detached villa overlooks the greens of one of the onsite championship golf courses and is the perfect location for either a family holiday or a great golf getaway. The airport is just a 20 minute drive away and the beached cove of La Cala De Mijas with its restaurants, beach bars and market is just a few minutes drive. In addition to the private pool, there is also a communal pool within walking distance from the villa, and the Golf Clubhouse just a few hundred metres further on. The Hotel and highly recommended Caracala Spa are also located on-site for guests to enjoy.
