This is a lovely villa available to rent on the prestigious Fuerteventura Golf Course. The villa is located in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura.The villa is set in its own grounds and therefore it is ideal and safe for young children. It has gardens to the front, side and rear as well as a large patio area leading out from the lounge. Chairs, table and sunloungers are provided making it the perfect place to relax. Access is not difficult and we have previously catered for disabled people requiring wheelchair access. A travel cot is available with easy assembly. Airport transfers can be arranged for a small fee. However now there are three main tourist resorts Corralejo, Caleta De Fuste and Jandia which offer excellent family entertainment.

Notes: Access is not difficult and we have previously catered for disabled people requiring wheelchair access. A travel cot is available with easy assembly. Airport transfers can be arranged for a small fee. The lounge/dining area is beautifully furnished using traditional Canarian-style furniture providing a relaxing area to watch Satellite TV/DVD's or listen to music. There is also a selection of books and games for your enjoyment. The leather settee doubles up as a sofa bed and the French Doors open out onto the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, juicer and fridge freezer. A utility room is situated off the kitchen towards the back of the bungalow. It is fully enclosed and is ideal for storage/laundry.

History: The “Gaunches” were the original inhabitants of Fuerteventura and the Canary Islands, history believes that the earliest settlement was back in 200 BC. Their origin remains a mystery to this day, some believe they have Egyptian relations due to mummifying corpses while others believe they may be descendents from the lost city of Atlantis which is believed to be close to the Canary Islands. The Guanches worked the land and had a basic lifestyle using very primitive tools with the majority living in caves.

Beaches: Fuerteventura is famed for its many beaches which in total is over 100, these range from the golden sand dunes in Corralejo to the miles of white sand stretching from Costa Calma down to Jandia, and the tiny coves you find dotted all round the island. If you love a beach holiday where all you wish for a sun, sea and secluded beaches then Fuerteventura is definitely for you.

Golf: If you like to play golf while on holiday, Fuerteventura is fast becoming a golfers paradise it now offers two 18 hole PGA golf courses, with the Fuerteventura Golf Course already considered an excellent course after being selected to host the 2004 Spanish Open. Then second 18 hole course Las Salinas is situated next door and has set its target to be the number 1 course on the island. There is a 3rd course in Las Playitas, Tuineje which has been granted PGA golf academy status and offers 18 holes. There are a further two courses planned and in development Puerto Del Rosario Golf and Jandia Golf.

We have just returned from this lovely bungalow on the golf course and have to say what a perfect time we had. The villa was ideal for me and my husband as we were within easy walking distance of the beach and the bars and restaurants and more importantly it was a great price!!
