This is a new exclusive traditional stone house situated in Agia Triada which is 10 kilometers from the old historical town of Rethymno and 3 kilometers from a beautiful sandy beach of Platanes. The villa is a three-level, modern deluxe villa, surrounded by a lovely yard and a stone-brick wall. The view from the verandas is outstanding and panoramic as you look directly you will see at a distance the original village of Agia Triada and on the right hand side you will see the olive trees and on the left hand side you see the clear sea. The villa offers a large private pool and garden area, with plenty of seating and sun loungers for you to enjoy the sunny climate of crete. There is also a large BBQ and clay oven perfect for that al fresco dining experience.

  • You will take the stairs and you will go to the first level where you will find the main bedroom and toilet with large mirror. This bedroom has sliding doors leading to a large veranda. You will find the third bedroom which is also double room with en suite bathroom and has skylights where you can bath and see the stars in the night and the surrounding nature during the day. Next to it you will find the fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom shower with sliding door that leads to a veranda.

Notes: The main entrance is decorated with a beautiful wooden solid door. You may take the large stairs or the ramp to enter this villa. Once you enter, you will see the bathroom with shower and then you proceed into a large living room which has a fire place and sliding doors which lead to a large veranda. Next to the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and fridge. Next to it you will find the bedroom which has 2 twin beds. The villa offers air-condition and satellite television. To reach the fifth bedroom you will take the stairs to the lower ground where you will find one very large bedroom with en suite bathroom shower where you will find the washing machine.

The bungalow consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom that can sleep 3, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob and microwave, lounge and dining area. There is a walled garden at the front and back and a sun terrace on the roof and use of the communal pool on the complex.All linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided and included in the rental price is a full clean after every client, which is carried out by our management company. Guests will have use of a safe and hairdryer, and a welcome pack of basics – water, milk, tea and coffee will be in the bungalow on your arrival.

Golf: If you like to play golf while on holiday, Fuerteventura is fast becoming a golfers paradise it now offers two 18 hole PGA golf courses, with the Fuerteventura Golf Course already considered an excellent course after being selected to host the 2004 Spanish Open. Then second 18 hole course Las Salinas is situated next door and has set its target to be the number 1 course on the island. There is a 3rd course in Las Playitas, Tuineje which has been granted PGA golf academy status and offers 18 holes. There are a further two courses planned and in development Puerto Del Rosario Golf and Jandia Golf.
