This is a fantastic holiday villa to rent in Crete, located in Agia Triada. This private villa rental offers a truly wonderful self catering holiday experience. The villa has three levels and is built in a contemporary architectural style, in shades of white and peach. It is surrounded by a stunning verdant yard, a stone-tiled veranda area and a stone-brick wall. The villa offers a large private pool and BBQ area.

From the villa, guests have a spectacular view of the settlement of Agia Triada, the olive tree fields and the marvellous deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The villa is situated in Agia Triada which is 10 kilometers from the city centre of Rethymno and 3 kilometers from a clear sandy beach of Adele. The view from the verandas is outstanding and panoramic as you look directly you will see at a distance the original village of Agia Triada and on the right hand side you will see the olive trees and on the left hand side you see the clear sea. A car is essential for the residence transportation. This property is ideally situated as it is 3,5 kilometers from a sandy beach of Platanes.

  • Next to the living room you will find the bedroom which has 2 twin beds. You will then take the stairs and you will go to the first level where you will find the main bedroom with bath and toilet with large mirror. This bedroom has sliding doors leading to a large veranda. You will find the 3rd bedroom which is also double room with en suite bathroom and has skylights where you can bath and see the stars in the night and the surrounding nature during the day. Next, you will find the 4th bedroom with en suite bathroom shower with sliding door that leads to a veranda. To reach the 5th bedroom you will take the stairs to the lower ground where you will find one very large bedroom, the one with en suite bathroom shower where you will find the washing machine.

Notes: The main entrance is adorned with a beautiful wooden solid door. You may take the large stairs or the ramp to enter the villa. Once you enter you will see the bathroom with shower and then you proceed into a large living room with a fireplace and sliding doors that lead to a large veranda. The living room is fully equipped offering Satellite TV, DVD Player and Stereo system. Next to the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and fridge.
