Notes: Outside there is a separate room which is home to the poolside dining area, with patio doors along one wall this is an ideal place for family meals on balmy evenings. The room has a fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob and grill. In addition, the building houses the laundry room, with its washing machine and an additional fridge-freezer. The villa is accessed via a gated driveway, and is set in mature private gardens. There is a fish pond full of Koi carp, lovely lawned areas, covered terraces and natural gardens. This is a great destination for anyone who enjoys their home comforts but wants to experience a little of the real Mallorca too.
