This villa is an elegant, newly built house, with wonderfully light and airy rooms. It is located on a quiet country lane, in the heart of peaceful countryside, within easy reach for the charming town of Pollença and the glorious beaches of Puerto Pollença. This stunning villa has been beautifully decorated in Spanish style with high quality furnishings and has typical, high beamed ceiling throughout. A large entrance hall leads into the spacious living room, which has an attractive arched stone ceiling, a feature fireplace and a formal dining area at one end. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a beautiful, bright conservatory with a wonderful wall of glass, which looks out onto the garden, swimming pool and mountains beyond. The conservatory is furnished with wicker seating area and another dining table, offering a light and contemporary feel. The separate kitchen is extremely spacious with a dining table, a utility room and access to the pool area.

Notes: The villa has four bedrooms: two are located on the ground floor, with a family bathroom. The other two bedrooms, with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor; here each bedroom has access to a large terrace which overlooks the gardens and Puerto Pollença in the distance. The terrace and garden are reached via patio doors from the conservatory – with a ramp for wheelchairs provided. There is an enormous sun terrace, with ample garden furniture to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is a large swimming pool, which is accessed via Roman steps and includes an integral seated Jacuzzi. Outside there is also a covered barbecue area.
