This is a beautifully designed luxury villa set on an elevated position overlooking the entire bay of the Costa Del Sol. The villa is within 5 minutes drive of Sotogrande and Duquesa marinas, both offer fantastic beaches. The villa offers a large private pool (10m X 5m) and a lovely lawned and landscaped garden. The garden takes in all aspects (east / south / west) and includes a golf putting green. The view truly is stunning from the garden or from the bedroom terraces. Within two minutes drive from the villa you have a lovely quiet beach with a traditional spanish chiringuito (restaurant / bar).

There is satellite TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4 & C5 a DVD player, there is a collection of DVD's for your enjoyment. The lounge offers a two and three seater sofa, there is a large dining table to seat eight people and a feature fire place. The villa offers a fully fitted kitchen which includes granite worktops and breakfast bar, cooker, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine and laundry storage. Towels and linen are provided along with a weekly clean and linen change.
