Ideal for families and golfers alike and with over 300 days of sunshine a year. The port of La Duquesa boasts a wonderful choice of bars and restaurants and a charming marina with both pleasure and local fishing boats. It’s a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Casares,Estapona and Ronda are close by. From Tarifa you can take a ferry to North Africa! Selwo Safari Park , a Water Park and children's play areas are a short drive away. The area is excellent for sports enthusiasts, with golf, horse riding and sailing all close at hand, especially golf. 5 minutes to the golf course of La Duquesa. Tastefully decorated, the townhouse is part of a gated complex with landscaped gardens, 2 swimming pools and a children's pool. It is fully air-conditioned, boasting private parking, entrance hall, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area leading to a large patio with open views and the afternoon and evening sun.

  • La Duquesa or Puerto de la Duquesa as it’s also known, is the place to go if you want a quieter holiday but still with all the trimmings that the Costa del Sol has to offer. This area is still relatively unknown, although it’s well serviced and has a fantastic climate. The local marina is a dream to stroll around, whilst it may not be as plush as that at Puerto Banus, it’s still teeming with bars and restaurants serving local fish and paella. There is a good shopping area that has a wide range of goods on offer, plus there is a small craft market that is on twice a week in the port. Finally if all this isn’t enough, the exclusive areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive away. The area is nicknamed the Costa del Golf and there are details on 43 courses, in our house information book. Many are within a 30 minute drive.

  • The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace for watching the sun set. Another double with a pretty Juliette balcony. Another room with a single bed with a full height bed which pulls from underneath. The second floor has a twin bedroom. Patio doors lead off the landing onto the roof-top patio which is perfect for a secluded breakfast in the morning sun and private sun-bathing until early afternoon. It is certainly a house for all seasons.

Notes: The area is nicknamed the Costa del Golf and there are details on 43 courses, in our house information book. Many are within a 30 minute drive. Duquesa golf course clubhouse is 5 minutes away. Manilva Leisure,in the port, give a good discount on green fees. A beautiful Spa is situated by the clubhouse. Also in the information pack are places of interest for children and adults alike. There are a stock of books, CDs and DVDs in the TV stand. There is free wifi at the cafes upstairs from the 2 supermarkets. A new supermarket has opened 5 mins drive away. We buy our fresh bread every morning, from the local, unspoilt village of Castillo. There are endless beaches to choose from, to cater for all tastes.
