This beautiful villa is well situated on the hill above Elviria, catching cooling sea breezes and enjoying wonderful sea views. It is within walking distance or a two minute drive to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, and just five to the beach. The airport of Malaga is a 35 minute drive, Marbella town 15 minutes and the beautiful Port of Cabopino 10 minutes. Set over two floors, this spacious villa has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twins, one having a full ensuite. There is also a sofa bed, a full guest bathroom and a guest shower room. The large kitchen has a bar area leading into the comfy lounge with open fireplace and then onto the large terrace with superb sea views. Downstairs, there is a large games room with pool table, extra seating areas, useful laundry room and access to the shaded terrace. The lovely pool area leading to a well manicured garden also enjoys sea views. This villa benefits from a security alarm and private parking.
