This beautiful villa is located on the stunning El Valle Golf Resort. This 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course is surrounded by stunning mountain views and is just 15 minutes from the wonderful waters and beaches of the Mar Menor. As a guest on El Valle you will also be able to enjoy all of the facilities offered by Polaris World at the golf resorts of La Torre, (5 mins away) and Mar Menor, (25 mins away) easily accessed by the free luxury shuttle bus service which operates several times a day. French doors from both the lounge and Master bedroom lead onto the terrace and garden with a good sized private swimming pool. Here you can enjoy the outdoor eating using the large coal BBQ or simply enjoy the views of the El Valle mountains. The garden is fully enclosed with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on along with off road parking for 2 vehicles.

The open plan lounge and dining area have large vaulted ceilings which give the villa a extremely spacious feel and include the home comforts you would expect. The lounge is supplied with comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, LCD TV and full SKY package. The dining area has seating for up to 6 people. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests.
