This spectacular brand new villa is located in the hills of Loule with stunning views of the coastline of Vilamoura yet only 5 minutes drive to the town of Loule and only 10 minutes drive to Vale Do Lobo and Vilamoura with its vast array of restaurants, golf courses and entertainment. The large 10m x 5m heated pool is surrounded by a huge terrace around the front of the house and has excellent ocean views. There are sun loungers and table and chairs, Outside shower area. Games room with Table tennis table and table football The large landscaped gardens surround either side of the house and are perfect for children or the more energetic adults! A pergola with seating for 10 people is situated to the side of the villa perfect for that glass of wine in the shade! Brick built BBQ area with preperation area perfect for al-fresco dining!
