This is a newly built villa in the Varandas do Lago with its own private heated pool. Outside the villas includes a superb 10 x 5m pool which can be heated at extra charge. There are sun loungers around the pool on the terrace area and a patio table that can seat 10 people. There is also a BBQ and an outside shower.

Location: Quinta do Lago in Portugal

Car: recommended
Located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago the white sandy beaches of Ancao are only a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive from the villa. There are other beaches all with 15 min drive. The villa is within 10 min drive from world famous golf courses at Vale do Lobo, Pinheros Altos and Quinta do Lago. Vila Sol and Vilamoura are only a 20 min drive away. It is an easy walk to the Ria Formosa nature reserve and there arehorse riding, tennis and restaurants all within 10 min drive. Quinta shopping and Vale do Lobo are within 10 min drive as are numerous fantastic restaurants. Supermarkets are at Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Almancil. At Faro which is a 20 min drive there are large shopping centres and cinema theatres. Vilamoura and its marina is a 15 min drive. Facilities for Go Karting and 2 water parks are also within 15 min drive.

Notes: This is a 4 bedroom villa each with ensuite bathrooms which sleeps 8 people. On entering the villa there is large hallway which leads of to a spacious living room which includes comfortable leather sofas, multi channel cable television with DVD player, fireplace and central air conditioning. There is also separate dining room. with seating for 8 people. The kitchen contains a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave and has granite worktops. On the ground floor there is also 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 3 comes with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom which includes a shower room, bidet and WC. Bedroom 4 also comes with single beds and an ensuite with shower over bath, bidet and WC. There is also a utility room in the basement which includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
