The area is renowned for its wonderful selection of golf courses, beautiful coastline as well as the natural beauty within the Ria Formosa Natural Park and the many lakes surrounding it. Set amongst beautiful pine trees and home to many up market shops, restaurants and nightclubs, the area caters for a discerning clientele. This is a beautifully designed villa with all the luxuries you expect from a first class villa. There are stone floors, air-conditioning and under floor heating throughout.

  • The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king size double bed, satellite TV, patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower. There is a further twin bedroom on the first floor which can be made up as a double bed. Patio doors lead to the large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. There is a separate shower room with a walk in shower. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms which can both be made up as double beds. They share a separate bathroom which has a bath and a walk in shower.

Notes: The spacious lounge has two large comfortable sofas, patio doors leading to the outside dining area and the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Just off the lounge is a separate TV room with a large Plasma screen television with full satellite package and a Bose Lifestyle CD/DVD system which is also piped to the outside terraces. The fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has a breakfast bar, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, electric hob, dishwasher plus all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. The garden has a large lawn area, plenty of trees and shrubs and a large terrace overlooking the pool area. It is fully enclosed with a fence and automated gates onto the driveway. The pool is 10m x 5m and can be heated on request. There is a covered BBQ area with a gas BBQ. Cleaning is five times per week Change over is Saturday
