The villa itself is located on a private road of Vila Sol behind its own private gates with large drive way and gardens all the way around the villa. At the rear of the property is a good sized pool with shallow end and steps. Covered terrace area with table and chairs perfect fro Al-fresco dining. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The villa is also within walking distance of the golf club and all of Vila Sol facilities. This is a spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with private pool and aircon set behind private gates on a large garden plot located on the popular Vila Sol resort.

It also has double patio doors lead onto large balcony overlooking the pool and with views across Vila Sol. The ensuite luxury bathroom with twin sinks,seperate shower,bath and wc. On the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, one of which has double patio doors leading straight onto terrace area by pool. They have twin beds, air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms with large corner shower,bath,twin sinks and wc.

The villa has a large fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including washing machine,dishwasher,microwave etc. It also has patio doors which lead onto the covered terrace area.
