This is a fantastic spacious detached villa in Dalyan, Turkey. The villa is located just 15 minutes from the sea and is situated in the beautiful nature reserve of Dalyan. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms plus a large basement that has been converted to allow for the villa to sleep up to 10 people comfortably. The basement has been fitted with two large sofa beds and a TV with DVD player. The master bedroom offers a double bed with en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and has access to the main bathroom while the third bedroom offers twin beds. All bedrooms have a coffee table, seating area and hair dryers. The Open Plan lounge offers a fantastic log fire place that during winter really sets the scene, there are two double sofas in the lounge and for your entertainment Satellite TV with UK Channels, DVD player and a Stereo.

Notes: The kitchen has been fully fitted and offers Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Dish washer and all other mod cons. Toaster, kettle and ample cooking utensils, everything that you would have at home as been accommodated. Externally the villa does not disappoint there is a Private pool 9m x5m with a shallow end of 1m and deep end being approx 2m, terraces offering shade durning the day, at night the terrace area and pool area come alive with the well chosen outside lighting, making the terrace area a perfect place where you can enjoy your pre-dinner drinks and relax and unwind. Ideally located the villa is just a 10 minute walk from a variety of restaurants and shops. All towels and linen are supplied. There is a mid week clean when staying 2 weeks and linen is changed weekly. All pool and beech towels are supplied by us. The pool has a daily clean every morning, plus terraces are cleaned.
