Panorama Apartments are ideally located in San Eugenio, Torviscas, close to Las Americas and near Puerto Colon harbour. The area has numerous local restaurants, bars, shops and evening entertainment, suitable for all age groups and perfect for beach lovers. The complex itself has a 24 hour reception, a currency exchange, 2 bars, an air conditioned restaurant (with a non smoking area). There is also the use of internet terminals (for an extra fee). The gardens are well maintained and the large swimming pool has just been refurbished. This one bedroom apartment is superior to many and contains everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The bedroom contains a double and a single bed a fully fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a sink, wc, and bath with shower and a washing machine. The kitchen has a full oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. The lounge area houses two sofas, with a sofa bed, UK TV and CD player.

San Eugenio is a busy resort surrounding Puerto Colon Marina in the Torviscas area of Tenerife. It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship course, Adeje Golf. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering to every one's taste and budget within the immediate vicinity. To the right is the exclusive hotel of Bahia del Duque with its upmarket restaurants and shops and to the left is the busy resort of Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs. In fact the areas caters for just about every taste.

Rates: Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit is taken at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned.

Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of (25 euros) per clean plus (10 euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.

Additional Guest Services: Tenerife Lettings and Property Management fully manages this property and we pride ourselves on delivering high standards of client service and presentation of the properties we manage. As we are based in Tenerife we are always at hand to help with any questions you may have, in fact we will do our utmost to assist you wherever we can. We can also provide welcome packs for your arrival, a daily maid service, cot hire and assistance with excursions and car hire.
