Fully modernised 2 bed front line 3rd floor apartment in superb condition with double glazed units throughout. One of the amazing features is the spacious balcony on 2 sides which allows sunbathing for 7 hours approx with adequate sun loungers provided and breathtaking views of Javea Bay. There is a sturdy dinning table and chairs for meals al fresco. The apartment is not overlooked. The modern fully fitted kitchen has granite worktops, large eye level grill and oven, touch button digital hob with extractor fan, built in microwave, fridge freezer and ample storage. The apartment has air conditioning. The main bedroom has twin beds, TV, and fitted wardrobes with spectacular views day and night. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds, fitted wardrobes and views of Mt. Montgo. The living room, with its sea views leads on to the balcony, and its modern furniture is designed to be used as bedroom space, with TV and DVD. The apt block has no lift nor pool but the sea is across the road.

Javea is a beautiful old Spanish town, divided into 3 main parts, the Blue Flag beach of Arenal, the port area and the old town or Pueblo with its Centro Historico, all 3 areas with individual character. The choice of restaurants is amazing with most offering Menu del Dia at great value. For the adventurous, there are beautiful inland towns like Jalon with its Bodegas and weekly rastro, Denia with its port from where one can travel to the Balearics. For shoppers there is the new Ondara shopping centre 10 mins drive. Guadalest is one of the most visited towns in Nortern Costa Blanca with its quaint cobbled streets. For the children there are several attractions 30 mins away, e.g., theme park of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia Waterpark and Mundomar. ALternatively, one can enjoy a quiet romantic relaxing holiday as Javea has maintained a slow sophisticated pace, where life is to be enjoyed and meals and drinks to be savoured in its numerous restaurtants and cafes.

  • A booking deposit of €150 is required to secure the booking, upon receipt of which the relevant dates are deleted from availability. A damage deposit of €100 is also required upon booking and this is refunded within 7 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection. The supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Changeover day is specified as Saturday, but there is flexibility outside of peak periods.

There is a welcome pack on arrival. The apartment is on the top/3rd floor without a lift so is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. There are parking bays for bicycles.

Apartment Block: The apartment block is private and secured with remote controlled vehicle entrance gates. It also has a locked pedestrian gate. There is ample secure and private parking. For those without a car, all the amenities are within walking distance, eg. beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket, port.

We booked this apartment in mid July with just two days grace before we set off for Javea ! The owners could not have been more helpful, contacting me at every stage of the transaction.
All went well and we arrived in Javea on Saturday 18th July.
We were met by Sara, who could not have been more helpful, guiding us in from Alicante.
The apartments location is second to none, 20 yards from the see and 300 yards from the main beach Arenal.
The apartment is spotlessly clean .
We have 6 year old twins. They slept in the bunk beds while we had the large double bedroom overlooking the sea.
The whole experience was so relaxing. We spent every day in the surf on Arenal beach and returned to the apartment for siesta every afternoon.,
We are so impressed with this apartment that I rang the owners from Javea to book three weeks next summer.
I have just sent them the deposit !

Great views, spotless apartment, perfect location

I am just back from a week in this apartment in Javea with my boyfriend. The apartment is very modern and had everything we needed and the location is perfect - just in between the port area and the beach area. Even though the beach is only a few minutes walk, we found a great place to swim off the rocks in front of the apartment. You can go snorkelling there too and there is a little outdoor bar where you get can a bite to eat and a drink after your swim. The sun hits the bar until sunset so you soak up the rays late into the evening. There is a great atmosphere at this bar with many locals coming along in their convertibles for an evening drink.
There is lots to do in the nearby area like a visit to the Algar waterfalls where you can swim in the pools under the waterfalls. There is a local market in Javea on Thursday morning.
The port area is to the left of the apartment and is more relaxed and sophisticated. The restaurants here can be more expensive. The ‘arenal’ beach area is to the right of the apartment and offers more budget restaurants but really there is something for everyone. There is a great Chinese restaurant just on the road behind the beach and it is very good value and delicious. I think it was called Chino. There are a few cocktail bars here and a bar/niteclub called Achill which is good but pricey.

We ate in the apartment a few times as there is a table outside on the balcony and it is a good spot to sit out for a few evening drinks and some home cooking. There is an Austrian restaurant that does great take away pizzas if you don’t want to cook. It is to the right of the apartment, towards the arenal, a few minutes walk at the end of the road before you reach the arenal part. The apartment even has a dvd player and some dvds for a cosy night in.

I would definitely come back here and would recommend it for a couple or a group of people looking for a relaxing/activity holiday.
Owner's Response: It is not till you stay in the apartment that you appreciate
what it has to offer. The beach huts or chiringuitas are idyllic for lounging but check the prices. Everybody who
has stayed in the apartment to date has been very
complimentary.
