This Italian style fermetta, surrounded ¾ parts by a cursive balcony with stunning views of the golf of Cannes, the isles of Lerin and the Mount Vinaigre, is south-east facing and has sun all day long and is located in a 2.500 square meters garden with many flowers and old trees, Mediterranean and others. The entrance is on the first floor. On the same floor is situated the large open plan living room and the dining area with large bay windows that overlook the terrace and pool with unrivaled view of the Esterel and the Mediterranean Sea. Next to the dining area is situated the upper indoor kitchen. The outside kitchen with terrace, electric store and dining area is also fully equiped with a large freezer, a large fridge, four ring oven (gas) and barbecue (gas).

In its own 2.700 square meters grounds on the edge of the village of Les Adrets de l'Esterel, the villa, built in 1970 in Italian style fermetta, is situated to enjoy an uninterrupted view down a valley overlooking Cannes, Antibes and the Isles de Lerin. A large terrace and pool offer the perfect setting for long summer days, while the evenings can be easily passed eating out on the terrace of the summer kitchen watching the twinkling lights of Cannes and the fire works in the distance. The villa offers a good standard of accommodation for up to 8 people in four large double bedrooms. Simply furnished and decorated, with terracotta floors throughout, it is a cool retreat in summer or a cosy haven in the winter months. The village has a number of small shops & restaurants, while the coast with all its amenities is easily accessible within 10 minutes drive. There is fantastic walking in the Esterel mountains, and the nearest skiing is only an hour away. Nice airport is 40 km by motorway
