A brand new semi-detached, air conditioned ground floor self catering 2 bedroom apartment (1 en-suite) and further bathroom. At Punta Prima, 10 minutes away from Torrevieja, the apartment is on a quiet complex with 2 outdoor pools. It is a short walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. Punta Prima beach is approximately 1km (15mins) away from the complex, and there are several other excellent beaches within a 10 minute drive. There is also several renowned golf courses nearby.

Punta Prima is a quiet town about 10 minutes from Torrevieja where the main night life will be found. There are beautiful sandy beaches in the area and for golfing enthusiasts there are a number of courses. There is a popular water park nearby in Torrevieja. Go Karting and Scuba Diving are also available locally. Punta Prima offers a number of local shops, bars and restaurants which are only a 10 minute walk from the complex.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our representative, who lives on the complex will meet you at the property and explain the workings of the apartment. If you arrive or depart between 8 pm and 8 am they will charge an additional 15 €. There is a 100€ refundable deposit to be paid on arrival to cover any breakages, damage etc. On your departure if everything is okay you deposit would be refunded minus 45€ for 4 people with addional 5€ for any additional persons for cleaning and laundry services. The electricity is supplied through a meter card system. The meter will have 10€ on arrival which should last a full week of normal usage by 4 persons. You may need to purchase additional 10€ cards from our representative if air conditioning is used extensively. Please contact owner for long term rental rates.

Me, my boyfriend and our two friends stayed at the apartment for a week in June. We had a brilliant time with lots of sun and swimming. We arranged to be piccked up and dropped back off at the airport by the keyholder as it was too expensive to rent a car because we were all under 25. When we arrived at the airport we were met by Karen, the keyholder, she was very helpful and showed us around the apartment, showed us how everything worked and told us where the nearest bars and restaurants were. The apartment itself was plenty big enough for the four of us, very clean and well equipped. The two swimming pools on the complex were very clean and quiet and very close by! The bars and restaurants were only a short walk away as were the two local supermarkets. We had a lovely time and have already booked to go again in September!

Holiday in La Cinuelica Complex Punta Prima

We have just returned from a two week holiday, and loved every minute of it. The apartment was as described, very clean and a home from home. There are two pools which I never found to be crowded, at times I had the pool to myself. No noisy crowds, a very peacefull setting in lovely gardens. The complex is secure and safe for small children ( I had my 5 year old grandaugther with me and felt safe knowing she could not get access to the pool with out an adult to open the gate for her).
The apartment is well situated with a supermarket 5mins away and very reasonable. There are a number of bars and cafes within easy walking distance. the beach at punta Prima is aprox 20 min walk and the beach at Playa Flamenca about 25min walk. For those that enjoy walking and sight seeing, you can access beautiful beaches and hidden coves along the cliff head.
We did not hire a car and had no problem getting around the area. (although I would suggest a buggy for children as they do tire easily in the heat).
I have recommended the property to friends for next year, and I will be returning to the area and would use the apartment again.
I loved every minute of my holiday at the apartment. The first week was a family holiday, the second week was spent with my partner enjoying a romantic break and enjoying lovely meals in the nearby towns.
I would highly recommend this property and area for a family / couple. Not suited for wild nights. Very peacefull and relaxing.
The rep in the area was great and gave helpfull tips and ideas on where to go as did Kevin who collected us from the airport and pointed out areas of interest that we might enjoy.
Many thanks to everyone who made our first visit not our last to the Costa Blanca

Amazing.

The accomodation offered excellent value for money, was clean and well managed. The rep in Spain was a star without being over involved. The location was superb for all beaches, shops and entertainment. Pretty quiet, due to the time of year (I guess) or the falling pound !!!
Would definately re-book.

Our Holiday

The apartment was modern, clean and spacious and was equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay, including a washing machine, which came in handy to get the sand and salt from our towels! The apartment was exactly as the owners described.
There were 2 pools located in beautiful gardens just behind the apartment.
It is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, and makes an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas.
The local beach was sandy and clean, but we discovered a bigger beach further down the road in La Zenia which was fantastic.
We also spent a day at the local Water Park in Torrevieja, which was only 10 minutes drive away.
Overall, a fantastic holiday. We will definitely be returning and would certainly recommend this apartment to others.

Great Apartment in a Peaceful Location

Myself, my husband and 2 friends stayed in this apartment for a week in September. We hired a car and the drive from the airport was about 30 minutes down the coastal road. There is plenty of parking space outside the apartment, which is situated on a quiet street. The apartment was clean, bright and airy and all the furnishings looked like new. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us to stay comfortably with a double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room and separate bathroom. The whole apartment was air-conditioned.
It was just a short walk around the back of the apartment to the 2 swimming pools, both with children’s pools too. The whole area was clean and tidy and very peaceful, and we spent most of our days here relaxing.
The nearest supermarket was only a minute drive away (maybe about a 5 minute walk). The bars and restaurants were about a 10 minute walk away, all located on the main street in Punta Prima. There were many different restaurants to cater for all tastes and budgets.
The nearest beach was about another 10 minutes walk on from the bars and restaurants but was very small (although I think that they were developing it). However we did find a large sandy beach about a 10 minute drive away in La Zenia, which we returned to a couple of times. There were sun loungers and parasols for hire, a beach bar and life guards on duty.
