The house is located on the outskirts of Peyia Village in Zalakia area, approximately 1.5km from the great amenities of Peyia. These includes supermarkets, banks, various excellent local taverns, a couple bars, take-away, kiosks, a bakery, pharmacy, butchers, fish mongers, etc. Coral Bay is approx 2/3 km with its popular sandy beach and water sports. You will also find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The Akamas National Park is approx 3-4 km including famous turtle reserve on Lara beach! Paphos is only a 10/12 minute drive, where you have the old town with markets and the harbour area (Kato Paphos). Both areas have a variety of Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc. Within the Paphos region you have many tourist attractions and facilities, including the ancient mosaics and tomb of the kings, sea caves, a water park, go-karts, horse riding, bird & animal park, water sports, cinema, bowling, 3 golf courses, fishing and much more…

Notes: The sitting area has comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV with DVD and satellite, the dining area has a formal table with 6 chairs and the kitchen area is very well fitted with granite worktops and all one could need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. From the lounge, an archway leads to the inner hallway with a guests WC and the 3 bedrooms (all internal doors are wider than the standard, to be wheelchair friendly). The villa has landscaped gardens including fruit trees and palms around the pool area. The private driveway allows parking for your hire car. There are gentle slopes and wide paths providing good access all around the property, to both the entrance and the pool area for wheelchair users. Outside you have comfortable seating for 4 with a coffee table, a dining table with 6 chairs, 4 sun beds and a barbecue, all for you to enjoy the super outdoors space and views.

A home away from home...just perfect!

We'd love to call this our home! Perfect in every way. Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely villa. Of all the villas that we have stayed in, this was the only one that we really felt at home. We stayed in Cyprus for 2 weeks and an entire week was spent just chilling in this wonderful villa. The location is very convenient to all your needs and amenities. Close to the town of Peyia and just 10 mins drive to Pafos. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. But most of all, it just takes a few minutes and you're already in Coral Bay Beach. We are already missing the place =( In fact, it's now planning time for our return next summer vacation. And this time, it'll definitely be longer than 2 weeks. Thanks very much for making this summer holiday a very wonderful one for us. All the best!
