The detached holiday villa is located in a small, sophisticated urbanisation near Benitachell. The new domicile for 4 people is located in a beautiful slope location underneath a green zone grown with pine trees with a unique panorama view of the diverse hilly landscape and the Bay of Javea. Far from mass tourism, you will find rest and relaxation here without having to give up recreational activities and sport options like golf, tennis, horse riding, yachting, etc. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, guest WC, modern kitchen with dishwasher, living/dining room with fireplace and fully panelled terrace. In the outdoor area of the property sun lovers and water lovers will find the required equipment and enough room in order to just relax by the newly built pool. You have deserved a refreshing cooling off. Additionally, in the urbanisation you will find a communal pool with a separate pool for children in a spacious environment.

Benitachell is a peaceful, idyllic city located between Moraira and Javea. On an elevation, the church thrones above the contemplative village. Particularly the evening attitude with the setting sun invites you to dream with a good glass of red wine. However, despite the tranquillity and cosiness, the city offers different restaurants and bars, doctors, banks, post office, supermarket and different sport options like the Javea golf course - 2 km away. In a picturesque bay, you will find Playa del Moraig (pebble beach in Benitachell) with a cave that is especially good for exploring with children. Beaches in Moraira and Javea can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Evening walks on the beach promenade of Javea are very charming - there is something for every taste here.
