Playa Real is a new and peaceful, exclusive estate in a wonderful position on the seafront within 10 min walk of the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach. This sumptuous detached villa has a huge 10m x 4m electrically heated pool and is just a minute from the seaside promenade, accessible through the estate's private gate. Second to front line and with beautiful views of Fuerteventura,Los Lobos and Montana Roja, the south-facing villa is exquisitely furnished. An outstanding feature is the glass covered atrium which has been turned into a fabulous dining room. The sitting room has sea views and there is a separate TV room with SKY TV. The gorgeous master bedroom is en suite and has beautiful dark wood fitted wardrobes. There are 3 further bedrooms, two with double beds (1 en suite), and the other with bunk beds and an additional bed. Another bathroom with bath/shower and a fully fitted modern kitchen with utility room and wireless internet connection complete what is on offer.

The sandy beach at Playa Flamingo is just a 10 minute walk and is ideal for children.
