This unique 4,5ha property is ideally situated on the coastal road between the picturesque seasides villages of Deauville/Trouville and Honfleur with outstanding 180 degrees unobstructed views of the channel. The cottage used to be the 'guardien' accommodation of the master house and was fully renovated in 2008. The beach is within 15 min walking distance. This luxury cottage is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The 40sq m bedroom with a queen size double bed and 1 single bed (infant bed available on demand) is situated on the 1.floor and enjoys stunning ocean views. The 4ha ground offers a 100sq m terrace and a pool. Private parking on the property. Deauville/Trouville station and centre are just a 5 min drive away. Deauville airport is at 10km. There are 3 Golf courses within 15km distance. Boat rentals can be arranged in Deauville marina. Restaurants,casinos and spas, supermarkets and shops are all within 5/10min driving distance.

  • A very large and real comfortable bathroom with a bath tub and a window and electric towel heater. A real pleasure bathroom full of light. There are plenty of nice thick towels at your disposal.

The 'cottage' was renovated recently and offers one large room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The garden and the parking is shared with the owners. The closest supermarket and restaurants are within a 2 min drive. The property is on the coastal road between Trouville/ Deauville and Honfleur with unspoiled views of the sea and beaches.

What a nice surprise!

We were looking for a nice peacefull place to celebrate my 30th birthday and waaauuuwwww what a great surprise!!! The views took our breath away. We saw the best sunset ever.
We took our dogs and were able to enjoy some great walks on the cliffs and the beach.
Tatjana, her family and her two silly dogs were very friendly and warm-hearted people.
The little house was very comfortable, had a nice "oldfashioned" style and included the best and biggest bath ever! You could really feel "zen".
Just one word for it: PERFECT!

Thanks for a really great time and hope to see you soon!

Perfect cottage in excellent location

This autumn we stayed a week in this cottage. The cottage is fully equipped and provides extremely comfortable and spacious accommodation. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and well equipped, so the cottage is probably the best house we have ever stayed in. In the house we found a lot of information and maps about the area and Tatjana was also very helpful with recommendations about trips in Calvados.
We made long walks along the beach, but Villerville is also a good base for visiting Deauville, Honfleur and Caen or Bayeux and even Le Mont St Michel, less then 2 hours drive.
Our dog became big friends with the dogs of the owners, so we all had a wonderful holiday.
The website does not do justice to the quality of the cottage, very many thanks to Tatjana and the dogs. We’ll sure come back: till next time !

Herrlich großes Grundstück für Familie mit Kindern, ideal zum Spielen und Schwimmen im Pool; super Lage für Kultur und Strand; absolutes
Wohlfühlhaus; reizende Spielpartner: die 12-jährige Tochter der Vermieter und die kinderlieben Hunde; wunderschöne Buchten direkt unterhalb des Hauses; beste Auswahl an Fisch und regionalen Spezialitäten auf den Märkten; sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie; wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse; hätten zu gern unseren Urlaub verlängert, lieben Dank an alle und hoffentlich bis bald!

Beeindruckende Küstenlage

Wir haben in diesem äußerst gepflegten Haus leider (viel zu wenige) Tage verbracht. Wir erhielten korrekte Angaben für die Anreise. Trotz der Lage an der Straße gibt es keinen störender Verkehrslärm.Dieses Domizil ist ideal um Ausflüge entlang der Küste der Normandie , ins nahe Trouville und Honfleur und in die Dörfer im Hinterland zu machen. Nach interessanten Tagen ist abends Erholung im ebenso gepflegten Garten und auf der wunderschönen Terrasse möglich. Die Gastgeberin wird von zwei freundlichen Hunden unterstützt und hat uns viele Tips für Besichtungen der Umgebung gegeben.
Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus Reisenden die Kultur und Ruhe suchen.
Herlichen Dank für den Aufenthalt und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!
