This modern, stylish apartment in Residences Iris, is perfectly located right in the heart of Chamonix centre. The apartment is close to all amenities from restaurants, shops,and lifts for Brevent and Europes highest cable car Aiguille du Midi. The apartment has been recently renovated to a high spec with a clever layout over 3 floors to sleep up to 6 people (35m sq + 9m sq Loi Carrez) . On the grond floor is the dining table & modern kitchen with microwave/oven, dishwash, hob, fridge/freezer with enough seating for 6 people. In addition there is asofa which forms 2 single beds. The rooms leads onto a balcony with views of Mont Blanc.This apartment also benefits from lots of natural light from the large skylight window. On the mezzanine floor there is 2the lounge area with large L shaped sofa which is also a double sofabed. This floor also has TV and DVD, wardrobe and a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and w/c. The top flr has a double bed & a single bed too.

Through glass patio doors the lounge leads out onto a small balcony with views of the Aiguilles. 1st Mezzanine Floor On this mezzanine floor there is a lounge area with large L shaped sofa which can also be made up to a king sized bed, TV and DVD, wardrobe. This lounge benefits from lots of natural light from the large skylight window. This floor also has a luxury bathroom with bath, shower, sink and w/c. 2nd Mezzanine Floor This additional open plan floor has been cleverly designed in the eaves to house one double bed and a single bed which also pulls out to form a double bed. With the number of beds this apartment can comfortably sleeps 6 people.
