This excellently finished and well equiped ground floor apartment is situated on a secure complex with tended grounds and ample gated parking areas. There are two communal pools, one for adults and one for children, which catch the sun all day and also have changing and showering facilities all within a few steps from the apartment door. Nearest supermarket 2mins walk. Enjoy breakfast on the large sun-trap patio that leads onto a safe tended lawn, perfect for the young ones to play on while you get down to the important business of doing nothing in particular! This apartment is handily placed to explore the glorious Algarve. It is within easy walking distance from Albufiera's 'old town' with its myriad of family friendly and more intimate bars and restaurants. The town square is an ideal place to while away your time with a cool drink and a spot of 'people watching'. At night the old town comes alive. It is also nearby to many major golf courses and 5mins walk to the main bus station.

Next door to the New Albufeira Golf Academy run by former PGA player Daniel Silva offering golf tuition whatever your level of expertise. The Academy also has a bar/restaurant offering an all day menu from breakfast to an evening meal, even if you have no interest in the game of golf it is a lovely location to relax on the balcony. Within easy walking distance of Albufeira Old Town with its excellent 'Town and 'Fisherman's' beaches. In the other direction is the famous Montechoro 'Strip' leading to Aora beach. Algarve Shopping centre is a short taxi/bus ride as is the huge weekly (Wednesday)Gypsy market at Quarteira. Water parks are easy to reach. The new Albufeira bus station is a 5 min walk from the apartment, from here you have great access to explore the Algarve and even an inexpensive days out to Faro or Portugal's capital city of Lisbon. An excellent Quad bike tour 2or4 hours duration is a cracking day out. Quad bike special offer: all under 16s go free, please ask for details.
