A three bedroom town house close to all facilities and within 5 minutes of the beach.The property is on two levels has three bedrooms, one double bedroom upstairs opening onto a sun terrace and two further twin bedrooms downstairs, The property has a lounge with a settee, table and chairs, TV with cable channels also a DVD player, Fully equiped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and was basin. Both sun terraces would allow you to take in the sun rays all day, the downstairs sun terrace has the early morning sun but allows shade during the afternoon, the upstairs sun terrace / solarium has sun all day for those of you who would like the sun, if you get to hot you can then take a dip in the communal pool which is situated just in front of the property. Within walking distance, you have supermarkets and several bars, cafes and restaurants all with reasonably priced meals, close to a bus route.

The property is situated in a residential complex, with views to the sea, There are several beaches and shopping centres within close distance along the N332. The nearest main town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes by car and has a beautiful long beach and promenade with several bars and cafes, as well as a big shopping area. There are a number of other local traditional Spanish towns, San Miguel, San Pedro and Los Montesinos, there are several golf courses within close distance. There are several local supermarkets the nearest being Consum within a couple of minutes walk, there are several others within driving distance including a Lidl, there is a smaller shop neary which provides English produce situated in Via Park lll which also has all the bars cafe's and restaurents. Local Facilities include Bowling, Tennis, Go-Karting, Beeches, Boat trips from Torrevieja, Walking, Fishing, Swimming and other watersports.
