Fully equipped kitchen, dining & living room sitting for 4 people with english Sky TV, ASTRA TV with German, French, Dutch, Arabic Channels. Heating/ air conditioning, DVD player. Dining sitting for 4 people. Utility room with washing machine & dryer. Patio dining for 6 people, sun lounge, beach/swimming pool towels, secured, enclose parking. Spacious communal pool. Master bedroom & living room has direct access to patio dining sitting for 4-6 people and the swimming pool. Patio also has sun lounges. This apartment is very quite and romantic but close to Marbella only 20 min drive. Puerto Banus is 15 min drive. Beach is 15-20 min walk, supermarket it 5 min walk. Tennis club is 10 min walk with 8 hard court, 3 clay court & 4 padel court. No need for membership. Beautiful sandy beach, chiringuito.

This apartment is very spacious with marble flooring. Also the apartment is 0.3km distance from other amenities. SPA is just behind the apartment. Taxi is very easy to get when you want for a night in Puerto Banus and don't feel driving back home after few drinks as Puerto Banus is only 10 min from the apartment when its not a traffic hours. The closes sandy beach for this apartment is 15-20 min with 4 beach restaurants/chiringuitos. Also water bicycle can be hired here during summer. Supermarket is just 3-5 min walk. Very quite area yet very close to Marbella town. The apartment is between Marbella town and Estepona town (Estepona town is very Spanish town with lots of history).

Open kitchen dining & living room, sliding door to patio dining for 4. then direct access to the swimming pool where you can watch if your children are safe. Main gate is very secure with remote control. As the apartment in the ground floor has an easy access from parking the car near the front door to the main door. This apartment is furnished with high quality furniture. There's 1 folding bed for extra person. Maids available for 10 euros per hour if needed. Trusted experience babysitter also available for 15 euros per hour. Behind the apartment is the SPA, 3 min drive is Los Flamingos Golf, Ritz Carlton SPA (Villa Paderna), AGH SPA, 15-20 min walk to restaurant & beach, 5 min walk to big supermarket, 5 min walk to bus stop, Tennis court is just 10 min walk. 5-15 dives to another beautiful beaches nearby.

Beautiful walks of the mountain of Benahavis which is only 5 kilometers, walk around the lake. Rivers on Estepona, Lakes of Istan. Dolphin watch in Gibraltar or visit the monkeys & the history of Gibraltar only 35 mins away. Beautiful white wash villages with cobbled streets, Visit famous Ronda. Spoiled for choice with so many restaurants in either walking or driving distance with all kinds of cuisines. Kingdom play area for young children 2 mins drive. Selwo open zoo 5 mins drive. Puerto Banus is 15 mins drive from the apartment, cinema, restaurants, beach, shopping at el cortes ingles, Night entertainment like discos & night clubs open until 7am. Marbella orange square & parks. AL HAMBRA in Granada must be seen. Casino in Puerto Banus, Flaminco night in Atalaya. Walk to Karaoke night if you fancy singing.

Tennis Coaching or just turn up for club nights: TENNIS CLUB 4 mins drive with 3 clay court & 8 hard court (can easily book for coaching holiday) also for PADEL mix in. Diving & the rest of watersports is either walking or 2 mins drive in Atalaya Hotel & other clubs nearby. Cycle hire in Marbella Bel air tennis club has tennis mix in twice a week. Also can book the court without membership. with restaurant. cycling along the promenade of San Pedro & Estepona. Beautiful walks of the mountain villa which is only 5 kilometers, Kite Surfing in Estepona, Marbella & famous Tarifa with clear view of Africa. Skiing in Sierra Nevada which is only 2 & half hours drive. All equipment can be hired there. Also for bigger group there is a mini van who can take to Sierra Nevada near the apartment with organise lesson if needed. Aerobics, paintballing, quadbiking, horse riding are all nearby not more than 15 mins drive. Quad bikes Benahavis, MOTORBIKE lessons (advance booking necessary) jet ski.

More activities & Relaxing: Or just relax around the pool or read your book while relaxing at the patio or next to the pool or go to the beach either walking for 20 mins or drive to another beach. There are lots of beautiful sandy beaches nearby or just relax at the chiringito with your glass of wine or cup of tea and watch the waves hits the sandy beach and the sunset with the blue sky above or go and listen to live music nearby. Go cart/trampoline/bumper boats/jet ski at the FUNNY BEACH Marbella. Discos, kite surfing, aqua parks, open safari, quad bikings, walking, bird watching. ATALAYA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, which has come to be known as the 'Golfers' Paradise', can offer many opportunities to play your favourite sport in the perfect setting. Los Flamingos & Valderama that holds lots of int'l tournament. Nearby there are more than 40 golf courses. GOLF DISCOUNTS. You can get a golf discounts on all golf courses in Costa del Sol by company near the apartment after you decide which golf courses to try.

Just returned from our fantastic holiday, it was so brilliant. The apartment was perfect, comfortable, big, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The complex is very well maintained. We enjoyed tremendously the terrace leading out to the garden area, ideally to sit and laze about and near the amazing pool where we had a lot of fun. The location of this property is central to lots os places to visit, near all amenities and walking distance to the beach and supermarket.
I would recommended the apartment to anyone who is looking for a pleasant holiday.
It was a pleasure to meet the owner, Arsenia and thanks again for the wine and for our gorgeous holiday, we will return for sure.

What find what a bargain!

Would like to say thank you to Arsenia for the very warm welcome myself and my partner received on our arrival. The apartment was clean, modern, very well equipped and spacious. The seven month old grandaughter of my partner was also catered for with high chair, buggy and travel cot.

The apartment also contains some helpful information with regard to sightseeing and places to eat.

The apartment is well situated and the gardens are extremely well kept, just be aware of the sprinklers which come on which was quite a surprise on our first night...resulting in some very wet towels!!

I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment and hope to return in the near future.

I was with four of my friends (all around 25) and we spend some very good holidays! The apartment was wonderful, clean, big, comfortable, very quiet...so nice !! The swimming pool is very close from the appartment so you just have to walk 15 meters and enjoy it !!! Near from puerto banus, marbella, there is a lot of very good pubs and clubs. The beach is about 15 min walk, there is a big supermarket (5 min by car ) and a lot of very good restaurants !! I recommend this property to families with children or young people like me who want to have a lot of fun ! It's a very nice place for holidays !! And the owner Arsenia is very nice, she even offered us a bottle of wine ! I would like to go back right now !!

What a Fantastic Property

Stayed in this property over the Easter Holidays , What a kittle Gem we found . The property was Excellent , Very clean and very well laid out , The Appartment concists of a large well equiped kitchen / Living room and 2 bedrooms , I double and 1 Twin , There is an 2 Large Bathrooms one off the Main Bedroom - There is loads of space to store all those un wanted clothes that you bring with you and more besides. The livingroom is equiped with a large TV and DVD Player with Sky chenels , The livingroom and Main Bedroom opens out onto a beautifus terrace and the swimming pool is just Yards away from you. There is Air conditioning throughout the Apartment. There is no Stairs to climb to gain access to this property, you just drive into the Complex and right up to the door where there is a parking spot reserved for each apartment. The complex itself is well protected from the general public with Automatic sliding Gates on both ends of the property, you can only gain access with a gate Fob. You are in short walking distance from an excellent well stocked , cheap Supermarket and a hotel with a Fantactic Spa. There is a vast amount of Golf Courses and every type of Restaurant you may desire to eat from just a short distance away. The Beach is a meare 10 Min walk away. We would definately recomend this property for a nice relaxing Holiday which is like home from home without the bad weather. Will definately return

Oct 2008 -Marbella is a gorgeous place with lots of character, we stayed in a lovely apartment situated just by the beach. The apartment was extremely clean and maintained to an excellent standard.The swimming pool was amazing as it was just outside our door, and the kids loved it, and we got to sit in the beautiful garden on the sun loungers provided. It had an amazing modern layout to it, as well as having everything that we needed within the appartment.On our family holiday in Spain, with the five of us there was something to do for everyone. For example the beach wasn't far away, and the supermarket was a 5 minute walk. We also visited some lovely restaurrants with the typical Spainish food. The rock pools was an outstanding place, where you could jump off the rocks into the deep blue see, it was stunning. The shopping malls were just a drive away from the appartment. The customer service that Arsenia gave us was excellent and very welcoming, we have already recommended it to our friends and plan on going back there again this year.
