Villa Sea Breeze is equipped for relaxed year-round holidays in great comfort. All rooms have individual air-conditioning and heating units. Satellite television, telephone, DVD player and broad band internet in the lounge. The large patio area has a private pool surrounded by hedges of pomegranate, oleander and ficus plus a fully equipped barbecue. The spacious kitchen has an electric oven, hob, micro-wave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, large refrigerator and a dish-washer. Utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The master bedroom has a Queen size double bed, en-suite shower with full facilities and a hair-dryer. A downstairs bedroom easily accessible from the carport and garden has a double bed and en-suite shower with full facilities. 2 more bedrooms upstairs with a double and 2 single beds share a large family bathroom. All bedding and towels are supplied, there are no extra charges for telephone calls or reasonable use of electricity. Shaded double carport.

Villa Sea Breeze is on the outskirts of the village of Pervolia but just 10 minutes from the bustling town of Larnaca. There is a general grocery, bakery and café a 10 minute walk away. Larnaca town combines sites of great antiquity with the vibrancy of a busy shopping centre and sea-side resort where you can go on escorted dives on the wreck of the “Zenobia” just off the airport, or for an evening cruise in the bay on a floating restaurant. Many fine beaches as well as Water Parks and a wide variety of restaurants and night-life are found a 30 minute drive to the east in Ayia Napa and Protaras. Westwards past the busy port city of Limassol, where King Richard the Lionheart married Berengaria of Navarre in 1191, there are recently excavated ruins of the Greco-Roman city of Curium, or Kourion, with its magnificent cliff-top theatre, and the superb mosaic floors of ancient villas behind the harbour of Pafos. Additional information about rental rates

  • A booking will be considered as confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the agreed rent at least 8 weeks before the date of the start of the tenancy. This deposit is refundable in full if a written notice of cancellation is received not less than 6 weeks prior to the date of the start of the tenancy. Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks before the date of the start of the tenancy. This payment is non-refundable unless we can re-let the property in time. An agreed deposit (normally £250) against damage or abuse of the property and its contents beyond fair wear and tear must be paid at least 2 weeks before the date of the start the tenancy. This deposit will be returned at the discretion of the owner before 10 days after the end of the tenancy.

My family spent 2 weeks here in August 09. Knowing the area, I can say this is the best value for money villa available. This is mainly due to the space, both inside and out, that the villa and pool area offers.

As I have friends in the area, I can happily say I will be staying here again when we visit.

Highly recommended.

Wonderful holiday - wonderful villa

We have just returned from a lovely week at Villa Sea Breeze.The villa was excellent - well equipped, beautifully furnished. There were 7 adults in our party and we had a great week of sunshine (30 degress + every day) & barbecues. You do need a car to go anywhere - Pervolia is a 5 minute drive away (7 seater taxi from Larnaca was 15 euro).
We spent an afternoon on the lovely Faros beach (5 mins drive towards the lighthouse). Warm, calm sea, nice sand.
I would derfinately recommend this villa if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday. The location of the villa on the estate means that it's very private with noone overlooking (other villas on the estate are a bit less private).
I would definately consider returning to Villa Sea Breeze next time I visit Cyprus

I have just returned from a 2week stay at the villa sea breeze with a group of 8 people and cannot stress enough how amazing the villa is! Its is huge, a lot bigger than pictures show, furnished and maintained to a very high standard and the pool area is brilliant you get the sun all day and it is situated on a great little complex, It is in a great location with the nearest village a 5 minute drive away with everything you need from supermarkets to restaurants and a fab little pub. A 5 minute stroll away is an amazing bakery and a perfect little cafe to have lunch in. The villa is about a 20 minute drive away from Larnaca. The owner of the villa was fantastic, always on hand to answer any questions we had and always got back to us very promptly. I have nothing bad to say about the villa it was absolutly perfect and we will most certainly be returning
