Barban Cottage für 2 Personen, obwohl es die möglichkeit, zusätzlich ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer - vielleicht für ein Kind. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein gutes Bett und Kleiderschrank ausreichend Platz und ein separates Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Es ist ein Verbindungsgang zu den Holzbalken Wohnzimmer - Küche, mit einem gut ausgestatteten Küche, mit Mikrowelle sowie einen großen Kamin, gemütlichem Sofa, SAT-TV und Hallo-Fi. Draußen gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze, einen großen Garten, eine Terrasse und BBQ-Pizza-Ofen. Das Haus wurde in in einem traditionellen und geschmackvoll dekoriert und hat eine romantisch. Es befindet sich am Rande der kleinen Stadt Barban befindet sich ein einfach zu Läden, eine Bank, Post, Bars und Restaurants schlendern, und ist etwa 10 Autominuten von den schönsten Stränden in der Umgebung.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a 18% deposit to secure the booking, payable either by Bank Transfer or Credit card, with the balance payable on arrival either by Credit Card or in Cash.
    The invoiced amount must be in Kuna (the local currency). If payment is made in Euros or British pounds, the exchange rate will be the Hypo Alpe Adria Bank midrate as quoted on the day of receipt (less any commission charged)
  • Prices include PDV (VAT) but Local Tourist taxes and Registration are additional items and will be shown separately on the invoice.
    Local Tourist taxes range from 2 kuna (approx 27 cents) to 4 kunas (approx 55 cents) per adult per night depending on the season. Children under 12 years old pay no taxes, Children between 12 and 18 years old pay half rate taxes.
    The One-off Registration fee is 30 kuna (approx 4 euros) per person.
