BLENDING THE SCENT OF THE SEA WITH THE PERFUME OF THEIR FLOWERS.
NOT-SO-DISTANT SNOW-CAPPED ALPS SURROUND ME PROUDLY, JUST BEYOND THE PINE FORESTS. (The near-by Apuane Alps, above the Versilian pine forest).
THE WIND ECHOES AROUND MY TERRACE,
SHADED FROM THE SUN BY GOLDEN BAMBOO CANES.
AT MEALTIMES THE SMALL GARDEN WELCOMES GUESTS,
HAPPY AFTER SUN-FILLED HOURS ON THE GOLDEN SAND
AND THE CRIES OF CHILDREN PLAYING ON THE LAWN IS BACKGROUND MUSIC.

Set in the very heart of Versilia, only two kilometres from the sea side, and overlooked by the view of the Apuan Alps, is the VERSILIA GOLF CLUB.
