Painted in the traditional blue and white colours associated with the Mediterranean, only 150 metres from the sea is this three bedroom detached villa. The villa boasts a private pool set within private terraces and the spacious interiors have been comfortably furnished. The living area features Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD & CD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including an electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. The dining table seats 6. A twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room is located on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a large upper terrace with panoramic sea views. The 8m x 4m swimming pool, with walk in steps & ladder access, is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas & poolside shower.

Overlooking the Chloracas coastline and situated approximately midway between the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay and the town and harbour area of Paphos, the villas are just a few minutes drive or bus ride from each. There is a small selection of restaurants, bars and a mini market within 1.5 kilometres of the villas. Set approximately 2 kilometres inland is the original village centre with it's traditional tavernas offering the famous Cypriot meze style of dining.
