This 4 bedroom villa with large private swimming pool is situated in the Sea Caves area of Paphos. The open plan living/dining and kitchen area, features comfortable sofas, a working fireplace, satellite television (limited channels), DVD & CD Player. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is in the utility room). The dining table seats 8 people. The first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor, with the three remaining bedrooms being located on the first floor. There is a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower room and both sharing a balcony. Outside the large 12 metre x 6 metre swimming pool with ladder access is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. The property is within travelling distance to Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour.

There are two family run Greek tavernas within 500 metres of the villa there is a choice of dining options. A wider selection of international restaurants, cafes and bars are available at Coral Bay, or you can head into the hillside village of Peyia to sample one of their traditional tavernas and coffee shops. Both the Pafos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are within a 5 minute drive. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The town of Paphos with its many heritage sites, modern shopping opportunities and attractive harbour area is approximately a 20 minute drive away.
